Stipend : Stipend will be paid Rs.2100/- per month as per instructions issued by Railway Board from time to time.
Age Limit : Candidates must have completed 15 years and should not be have completed 24 years of age as on 01-07-2014. The upper age limit may be relaxed by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in case of OBC candidates.
Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess Matriculation (Matriculation/ 10th Class in 10+2 examination system) for Fresher Trade, Matriculation (Matriculation/ 10th Class in 10+2 examination system + ITI passed in relevant trade ) with certificate from Institutions affiliated to NCVT compulsory in relevant trade for ITI Trade.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of merit in Matriculation/ 10th Class in 10+2 examination system.
Fee: Rs. 20/- (No fee for SC/ ST/ PH candidates) only in favour of F.A and C.A.O.N.F. Railway, Maligaon payable to GPO/ Guwahati/ in the form of Account payee Demand Draft drawn from any nationalized bank in favour of F.A.. and C.A.O., N.F. Railway, payable at SBI/ Maligaon Branch.
How to Apply: Eligible Interested candidates may download the application Forms from North East Frontier Railway's website http://www.nfr.indianrailways.gov.in . The filled in application form along with supporting documents should be sent along with the application form to the Chief Workshop Manager's Office, N.F.Rly., Carriage and Wagon Workshop, New Bongaigaon either in person or through post by between 10-00 Hrs. to 16.00 Hrs. in all working days on or before 17-11-2014.
