67th National Film Awards 2021 winners: Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu presented the 67th National Film Awards in a special ceremony at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi on October 25, 2021.  Rajnikanth was honored with the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award during the special ceremony by the Vice President. Kangana Ranaut was awarded the Best Actress award for her movies Manikarnika -The Queen of Jhansi and Panga, while Manoj Bajpayee and Dhanush were conferred the Best Actor award jointly for their films 'Bhonsle' and 'Asuran' respectively. 


The National Film Awards 2019 were announced by the Chairman of the Feature Films Jury N Chandra on March 22, 2021. The National Film Awards ceremony was supposed to be held in May 2020 but was delayed indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
