The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad will conduct class 10 and class 12 examination from February 6. The High School exams will begin from February 6 and end on February 22, the Intermediate will end on March 10. As per UP Board secretary, Neena Srivastava, this time High school exams will end on record 16 days.
For class 10, a total of 37,12,508 students are expected to appear while in class 12, it is about 3017032. In all, 67,29,540 students will sit for the exams. The number of candidates has increased from last year. In 2017, 3401511 students appeared from class 10, while for class 12, as many as 2654492 students registered for the exam.
Therefore, in 2018, as many as 307793 more students in High School and 360713 more students in Intermediate will appear.
